Yes. The Free plan includes 20 new links a month, one saved QR code and 7 days of analytics. Paid plans add custom aliases, editable links, dynamic QR codes, branded domains, longer analytics and the API.

No. Links and QR codes you created keep redirecting. After a 7-day grace period you can no longer change premium settings, and new items follow the Free plan's limits.

A static link always goes to the destination you set when you created it. A dynamic link can be pointed somewhere else later — useful for printed QR codes and campaigns — and FY9 keeps a history of every change.

Yes, if it is a dynamic QR code: it encodes an FY9 link whose destination you can edit. A static QR code encodes the destination itself, so the code can never change — although the page it points to can still be changed by whoever runs that page.

Clicks are counted on every redirect. Unique visitors are an estimate based on a daily-rotating hash of network address and browser. Locations are approximate and only shown when our network provider supplies them; otherwise they appear as unknown. Known bots and link-preview fetchers are reported separately.

Dynamic QR codes use a dedicated entry link, so visits through it are counted as QR scans. If someone copies that link and shares it, those visits will also count as scans, so treat the figure as close rather than exact.

No. FY9 counts clicks on your WhatsApp link. Whether the visitor then sends a message happens inside WhatsApp, which FY9 cannot see.

No. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year. We remind you by email 7 days and 1 day before the end of the period, and you renew from the Billing page.

Annual plans cost the same as ten monthly payments and are charged once for twelve months. The total is shown before you pay.

Yes, from the Business plan. Add a subdomain such as go.yourbrand.com, create the TXT and CNAME records we show you, and FY9 verifies ownership and enables it once the certificate is ready.

Yes. Business and Agency plans include API access with scoped keys and a monthly allowance of operations; credit packs add more. See the developer documentation for endpoints and examples.
